- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
For the sauce
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 spoons of soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Serve the meatballs hot with cranberry sauce and grape jelly as an appetizer or main course.
