Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour finely ground
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • Optional toppings: Everything bagel seasoning sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or sea salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 1 minute). Stir until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour and baking powder.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and eggs to the melted cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each into a ring and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with toppings of choice.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
