  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • ΒΌ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to an 8-oz mason jar
  2. Pour in the olive oil
  3. Seal lid tightly and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until emulsified
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 7 days
