Method
- Wash all produce. Use organic where possible if leaving peels on.
- Slice lemon, cucumber, and ginger. Lightly crush mint leaves.
- Add all ingredients to a 2-quart pitcher.
- Pour in water and add ice cubes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to infuse (overnight for stronger flavor).
- Stir, pour, and enjoy chilled.
- You can refill the pitcher with water 1–2 times before replacing ingredients.

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor and nutritional benefit. Avoid drinking late at night or overusing apple cider vinegar. This drink supports healthy habits but is not a substitute for meals or exercise.
