Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon Nutritional yeast

Method
 

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a container, combine chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Add sea salt, red chilli powder and olive oil.
  2. Stir and Soak: Stir thoroughly and mix well to coat the seeds with salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Roast: Roast this bariatric seed mix either in oven or pan. I roast in microwave on medium for 4 minutes.
  4. Once done, cool the mixture and add nutritional yeast. Mix well with the seeds and store this Seed Mix in an Air tight container.
  5. Consume this seed mix in 2 weeks time.
