Ingredients
  

  • 1 Green tea bag
  • 1 Chamomile tea bag
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 inch grated Turmeric
  • 1 inch grated fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp dried Chamomile flowers

Method
 

  1. Boil water until it’s hot.
  2. Put green tea bag and chamomile tea bag in a safe container.
  3. Pour hot water over the tea bags and let them sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Take out the tea bags or strain out the loose tea and chamomile flowers.
  5. Squeeze in juice from half a lemon.
  6. Grate turmeric and ginger into the mix.
  7. If you want, add a bit of honey.
  8. Stir well and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
  9. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  10. Pour the mix over the ice.
  11. Gently swirl it around to cool and mix the flavors.

  • Squeeze fresh oranges and lime juice for a tastier kick. Don’t settle for bottled stuff!
  • Use pure coconut milk for a creamy texture. No watering it down; you want the real deal!
