Method
- Warm the filtered water until it’s comfortably warm (not boiling).
- Add pink Himalayan salt and fresh lemon juice.
- Stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
- (Optional) Add apple cider vinegar or honey, and stir again.
- Drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Avoid eating for at least 30 minutes afterward.
- Stay hydrated throughout the day for best results.

- Best taken first thing in the morning. Don’t exceed 2 servings a day.
