Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 8 –12 oz warm water
  • cayenne or apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water until it’s comfortably warm (not boiling).
  2. Add pink Himalayan salt and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
  4. (Optional) Add apple cider vinegar or honey, and stir again.
  5. Drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.
  6. Avoid eating for at least 30 minutes afterward.
  7. Stay hydrated throughout the day for best results.

  • Best taken first thing in the morning. Don’t exceed 2 servings a day.
