Method
- Warm the water until it's hot but not boiling—about 120°F is ideal to protect nutrients.
- In a mug, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ground ginger, and cinnamon.
- Add the warm water to the mug and stir thoroughly until the spices are dissolved.
- Taste and optionally add honey or stevia for sweetness. Stir again.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
