Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water not boiling, about 120°F
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • ½ lemon juiced - ½ teaspoon ground ginger (or fresh grated ginger)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, or use stevia for low-carb version

Method
 

  1.  Warm the water until it's hot but not boiling—about 120°F is ideal to protect nutrients.
  2.  In a mug, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ground ginger, and cinnamon.
  3.  Add the warm water to the mug and stir thoroughly until the spices are dissolved.
  4.  Taste and optionally add honey or stevia for sweetness. Stir again.
  5.  Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally 20–30 minutes before breakfast.

  • The water should be warm, not boiling, to preserve the beneficial properties of apple cider vinegar and lemon.
