  • 2 cups of water
  • ▢1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
  • ▢1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ▢1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • ▢1 teaspoon of honey optional
  • ▢1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper optional

  3. Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot.
  4. Once it reaches a boil, take it off the heat and allow it to cool for about a minute.
  5. Next, add 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir until it dissolves completely.
  6. Then, mix in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice along with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  7. If you like, you can also add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for an extra kick and added health benefits.
  8. Give it a good stir and let it cool a bit before serving.
