Method
- Boil the water in a small pot.
- Add lemongrass, ginger, and cinnamon. Let them simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- After removing from the heat, stir in chamomile and mint. Cover and steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Strain into a mug. Add honey or lemon if desired.

- Drink in the morning for best fat-burning results.
