Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder gluten-free
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup gluten-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Whisk eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry, fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
